Most of the problems we're called to fix in renovated spaces weren't equipment failures. They were planning failures — ducts run where there was room rather than where the air was needed, a thermostat left on the wrong wall, a new kitchen with no make-up air.
So we try to get involved early, coordinate with the other trades, measure the airflow when we're done, and leave a written handover so whoever maintains the system next knows what they're looking at.

Sterling Building & HVAC Solutions is an HVAC contractor. "Building" reflects who we mostly work with — builders, owners and tenants of commercial buildings — not a second trade. We don't frame, drywall, roof or act as a general contractor.
